Ingredients
- Softened Butter 100g
- Powdered Suger 120g
- Egg 2 pcs
- Flour 100g
- Almond Powder 50g
- Dried apricots (diced) 150g
- Orange Zest 1 pc
- Almond Flake 1 tbsp
Directions
- Whisk butter and sugar together lightly using a mixer. Then add eggs one by one while whisking
- Add in flour, almond powder, dried apricots & orange zest. Mix well.
- Brush a thin layer of butter inside the baking tray. Pour in the mixture. Spread almond flakes on top, and bake at 160°C for 50 minutes. Let the cake cool down for 10 minutes before cutting.
