Chocolate Molten Lava Cake

Ingredients

  • Chocolate bar for cooking (Melted) 150g (for two 3 inches thick chocolate molten lava cake)
  • Butter 150g
  • Sugar 75g
  • Eggs 2 pcs
  • Pinch of salt
  • Plain flour 80g

Directions

  • 1. Use a blender to mix the butter and sugar, add in the eggs and blend until creamy.
  • 2. Stir in the salt, flour and finally the melted chocolate. Blend well.
  • 3. Grease the cake moulds and layer with sugar, pour in the mixture, and bake for 3 minutes at 180 °C.
  • 4. Carefully remove the cakes onto a plate, top with blueberries and strawberries, dust with icing sugar, and serve when it is warm.
  • 5. Cooking time may vary for different Airfryer models
