Ingredients

  • Purple cabbage 100g
  • Gala apple 50g
  • Flaxseed 1 tsp
  • Oatmeal 7g
  • Low sugar soymilk 140ml

Directions

  • 1. Rinse purple cabbage. Cut into pieces.
  • 2. Rinse gala apple. Core and cut into pieces.
  • 3. Put all the ingredients into the blender. Blend until smooth.
