Ingredients
- Duck leg 1 pc (300 - 350g)
- Peaches 2 pcs (Canned, Cut into wedges)
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- 5-Spice powder 1 tsp
- Star anise 4 pieces
- Cinnamon Stick 1/2 stick
- Chili 1 piece (Chopped)
- Brown sugar 1 tbsp
Directions
- 1. Marinate duck leg for half day.
- 2. Put duck leg and marinade into a 8" diameter baking tray and cover with aluminium foil. Place it into the basket and Airfry at 180℃ for 60 minutes.
- 3. Remove the aluminium foil, add in half peach wedges and continue Airfrying for 20 minutes. Give turns midway.
- 4. Before serving, add in the other half of peach.
