Grilled Spain Iberico Pork Chop with Herbs and Salmon Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

  • Spain iberico pork chop 2pcs
  • Fresh rosemary 6g
  • Fresh thyme 2g
  • Garlic 100g
  • Olive oil 70g
  • Salmon 70g
  • Mustard 1-2 tbsps
  • Honey 1-2 tbsps
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Brussels sprouts 4pcs
  • French bean 50g

Directions

  • 1. Put the garlic into the bowl of the Onion chopper, blend into tiny pieces.
  • 2. Put the salmon onto Airfryer grill pan, grill for 8 minutes. Cool down.
  • 3. Put the grilled salmon into the bowl of the Onion chopper, blend into tiny pieces. Set aside.
  • 4. Put the chopped garlic, 2g of rosemary and olive oil into the Airfryer baking tray bake for 30minutes at 160C until the garlic is golden brown.
  • 5. Add in chopped salmon, stir well and bake for 5 minutes.
  • 6. Add in sea salt, honey and mustard to taste, mix well to form the grilled garlic salmon sauce.
  • 7. Marinade the pork chops, brussels sprouts and French beans with sea salt an olive oil for 10 minutes.
  • 8. Put the pork chops and 6g rosemary onto the Airfryer grill pan , grill for 3 minutes.
  • 9. Add in brussels sprouts and French beans, grill for 8-10 minutes at 170C.
  • 10. Serve the pork chop with the grilled garlic and salmon sauce.
