Ingredients

  • Spinach Leaves 100g
  • Bacon (chopped) 3 slices
  • Fresh Scallop (large size) 4 pcs
  • Oil a little
  • Water a little
  • Butter a little
  • Black Pepper a dash

Directions

  • 1. Chop up the spinach leaves, then add in a little oil & water to cook in baking tray at 200°C for 2 minutes. Add in chopped bacon and a little butter, further cook for 2 minutes. Mix up well and put aside.
  • 2. Wash scallops thoroughly. Spread the spinach bacon mash evenly around each scallop.
  • 3. Sprinkle a little oil on each scallop, then cook in Airfryer at 200°C for 4-5 minutes.Gamish with black pepper.
  • 4. Cooking time may vary for different Airfryer models
