Ingredients

  • Rice 75g
  • Coix seed 30g
  • Red bean 30g
  • Fox nut 15g
  • Corn kernel 50g
  • Water 950ml
  • Spring onion (diced) 10g
  • Sea salt as appropriate

Directions

  • 1. Put rice, coix seed, red bean, fox nut , corn kernel and water into the blender, close the lid.
  • 2. Select Grain congee, press start.
  • 3. When finished, add sea salt to taste, add spring onion and serve.
