Caramel Popcorn

Ingredients

  • Popcorn kernel 30g
  • Butter 45g
  • Brown sugar 80g

Directions

  • 1. Preheat the Airfryer to 200˚C.
  • 2. Put the popcorn kernels into the Airfryer, insert the splatter-proof lid and bake at 200˚C for 5-6 minutes.
  • 3. When finished, spread the popcorn on a large tray and set aside.
  • 4. Melt the butter in a non-stick frying pan over low heat. Add brown sugar and stir until dissolved. Pour the melted butter over the popcorn at once and quickly stir to coat evenly.
  • 5. Cover a big dish with baking paper. Pour over the popcorn and separate the pieces as much as possible. Ready to serve.
  • *Remarks: Needs to add stainless steel platter-proof lid accessory on top of the basket.
