- Peel the kiwi and cut into thin slices. Pat dry with kitchen paper.
- Put the kiwi slices into the Airfryer, insert the splatter-proof lid and bake at 85˚C for 60 minutes. Then adjust the temperature to 60˚C and cook for another 15 minutes.
- When finished, leave it in the Airfryer for 15 minutes.
- Then take out and allow to cool off on the rack for another 5 minutes and serve.
