Meat Sauce with Tomatos and Fresh Herbs

Ingredients

  • Tomatoes 250g (cut into 2 cm per pcs)
  • Salami 60g (cut into 2 cm per pcs)
  • Parmesan cheese 60g (cut into 2 cm per pcs)
  • Beef 200g (cut into 2 cm per pcs)
  • Onion 80g
  • Celery 60g
  • Red wine 200g
  • Tomato paste 1 ½ tbsps
  • Water 60g
  • Fresh rosemary 2g
  • Fresh sage 2g
  • Salt 2tsps
  • Sugar 1tsp
  • Black pepper pinch

Directions

  • 1. Mince the beef in the bowl of the Onion chopper.
  • 2. Put the tomatos, salami, onion, celery and parmesan cheese separately into the basket of the Onion chopper, blend into small pieces.
  • 3. Put the salami into the Airfryer baking fry for 5minutes.
  • 4. Add in tomatoes, onion and celery, cook for 10 minutes, stir at every 5 minutes.
  • 5. Add in the minced beef and herbs, stir well, cook at 160°C for 40 minutes, stir at every 10 minute.
  • 6. Add in tomato paste, stir well and cook for 10 minutes.
  • 7. Add in water , stir well and cook for 15-20minutes.
  • 8. Season with salt ,sugar and pepper, add in Parmesan cheese, stir well and cook until condensed.
  • 9. Can be served with bread or pasta.
