Ingredients

  • Tricolor quinoa 100g
  • Purple potato (peeled and diced) 400g
  • Kale 50 g
  • Cucumber (sliced) 50g
  • Avocado (diced) 50g
  • Strawberry (sliced) 50g
  • Butter (at room temperature) 10g
  • Cream 60g
  • Mayonnaise 40g
  • Lemon juice 20g
  • Sugar 40g
  • Water 1250g

Directions

  • Put the tricolor quinoa and 500g of water in the blender jar. Close the lid.
  • Turn the rotary knob to Manual mode, adjust the heating level to Medium, press OK. Adjust the cooking time at 20 minutes, press OK to start cooking.
  • When finished, drain the quinoa and set aside.
  • Put the purple potato and 750g of water in the blender jar. Close the lid.
  • Turn the rotary knob to Manual mode, adjust the heating level to Medium, press OK. Adjust the cooking time at 20 minutes, press OK to start cooking.
  • When finished, drain the purple potato.
  • Return the purple potato in the blender jar, close the lid. Turn the rotary knob to Speed 4 and blend until smooth.
  • Add half of the cooked quinoa, butter, cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice and sugar. Close the lid.
  • Turn the rotary knob to Speed 1 and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Remove the quinoa mixture, serve with strawberry, avocado, cucumber, kale and the rest of the cooked quinoa.
