Ingredients

  • Dried seaweed (soaked and sliced) 10g
  • Apple (sliced) 200g
  • Dried fig (soaked) 20g
  • Monkey head mushroom (soaked) 20g
  • Dried shark bone (soaked and cut into pieces) 80g
  • Pork (blanched and diced) 280g
  • Ginger (sliced) 10g
  • Water 750g
  • Sea salt, as appropriate

Directions

  • Put all the ingredients (except salt) and water in the blender jar. Close the lid.
  • Turn the rotary knob to Manual mode, adjust the heating level to High, press OK. Adjust the cooking time at 18 minutes, press OK to start cooking.
  • When finished, turn the rotary knob to 0 position. Again turn the rotary knob to Manual mode, adjust the heating level to Medium, press OK. Adjust the cooking time at 50 minutes, press OK to start cooking.
  • When the cooking is done, add salt to taste and serve.
