My Philips StyleCare Airstyler is not working
Published on 2021-06-20
Autoprotection is on
Your Philips Air Styler has an autoprotection functionality. This means that when the device senses any hair getting stuck in the brush, it immediately stops rotating. This prevents your hair from getting further tangled up.
When this happens, gently pull your hair out from the brush, and try styling them again.
Too much pressure
If you are pulling your airstyler with too much pressure it may slow down or stop rotating. For best results, pull it down firmly, but gently.
