My Philips player does not play a DivX file

  • Check whether you can play the DivX file a computer that can play DivX files. If you can’t, the file might be corrupt. Download it again.
  • Make sure that the subtitle file name is the same as the movie file name
  • Create the DivX file again, using the correct settings
