- You are out of range of the transmitted signal; e.g. there are to many walls and/or ceilings in between
- As the battery power might be running low, the wireless link is slowly breaking up. Recharge the batteries according the charge instructions (refer to user manual)
- The headphone is not properly tuned (or set to the same channel) to the transmitter unit. Refer to the user manual for the tuning procedure
- There is interference from another RF device or Flat Screen (TFT) Displays nearby. Try setting a different frequency channel or move away from the disturbing source
- You are close to a window and are picking up interfering signals from other appliances (including FM headphones) from much farther away
