Some HDTVs have special video processing enhancements, such as Digital Natural Motion and Noise Reduction, that can slightly delay the video causing the audio and video to be out of sync. The sync problem also may be caused by the distance of the speakers from your listening position.
To correct the audio sync problem you can disable the special video processing enhancements on your TV set and/or adjust the speaker distance setting on the home theater.
