I cannot upgrade my Philips SoundBar via HCWeSet app

If you encounter any problems during a software update via the “HCWeSet” App, please update the product via a USB flash drive following the instructions in the user manual.

Please refer to the “Update software” chapter in the user manual – “Update software via USB.”
