I hear a periodic clicking when I dial a number

Published on 2017-07-07

The clicking sound is generated during pulse dialing. This happens when the dial mode is set to “pulse” in your phone. If the telephone network does not support pulse dialing, the call cannot be established.

Follow the steps below to change the dial mode to “tone”:

  1. Select [MENU].
  2. Go to [SERVICES] > [DIAL MODE].
  3. Select [TONE] dialing.
