Ingredients

  • Plain yoghurt:
  • Milk 500g
  • Plain yoghurt 100g
  • Fruity frozen yoghurt:
  • Strawberry flavour: Plain yoghurt 150g
  • Frozen strawberry 400g
  • Honey 80g
  • Lemon juice 15g
  • Pineapple and almond flavour:
  • Plain yoghurt 100g
  • Frozen pineapple 350g
  • Almond 20g
  • Honey 80g
  • Lemon juice 15g
  • Mint beetroot flavour: Plain yoghurt 150g
  • Frozen cooked beetroot 300g
  • Mint leaf 3g
  • Honey 80g
  • Lemon juice 15g

Directions

  • Plain Yoghurt :
  • Add the milk and plain yoghurt in the inner pot of rice cooker.
  • Close the lid, switch on the power, select the “Yoghurt” function, set the cooking time for “10 hours” and press “Start” to cook.
  • Fruity frozen yoghurt:
  • Put the strawberry, pineapple & almonds, beetroot flavor yoghurt ingredients into the blender separately. Blend until smooth.
  • Separate the mixture and keep frozen for at least 4 hours, then serve.
