As the receiver is able to output 1080p resolution video, HDMI cable version 1.3a should be used to enjoy the best performance from the receiver.

The working group that sets HDMI specifications did not set a maximum cable length. A maximum HDMI cable length of 3m is advised.

Please check with the HDMI cable manufacturer that the cable is able to support 1080p video resolution and Dolby True HD/DTS Master Audio data prior to purchasing the cable.
