Why is the connection nut leaking?

There are many reasons for water leakage. The following are all possible causes and solutions, please check if there is a reason for your water purifier.

Possible causes and solutions:

* You may not have properly installed the water purifier. Please follow the instructions in the instruction to reinstall the water purifier.

* The tap water pressure is higher than the specified value. Please adjust the faucet and lower the water pressure.

* The connection nut or faucet mounting adapter is damaged. Please contact an authorized Philips Service Center.

* There is a gap between the faucet and the adapter. It may be necessary to wrap a few of the raw tape along the threads of the adapter.
