Why does the indicator display not match to the actual situation?

There may be multiple reasons for the issue. The followings are all possible causes and solutions, please check if there is a reason for your water purifier.
Possible causes and solutions:
1. The keypad hardware is invalid or damaged. Please contact the after-sales personnel to replace the keypad.
2. The main control board is out of order or the hardware is invalid. Please contact the after-sales personnel to update the program or replace the main control board.
3. The button board is not well wired. Please check the line.
4. The water flow does not match the actual flow. Please check the water flow and replace the booster pump or filter cartridge.
5. The life of the filter cartridge is not reset after the filter cartridge is replaced. Please follow the instructions to reset the filter life.
