My Philips juicer does not work

The appliance is equipped with a safety system. If the parts have not been assembled properly, the appliance does not work. Check whether the parts have been assembled in the right way, but switch off the appliance before you do so. If the problem persists please contact the Philips Consumer Care Center in your country.
