I cannot view Closed Captions on my Philips player

Please check if the captioning function on your player is turned on.

If the problem is still there, you need to contact your subscription television provider for assistance.

To enable the captioning function on your player, press SETUP and then select General > Closed Caption > CC mode > CC on.
