To be able to use the Philips portable mist, you must slide the top part of the device upwards, until you see the opening of the device and then lock it in place till you hear a click. If the top part is not locked, the portable mist will not work.

Please make sure your Philips portable mist is fully charged before you use it.
To charge the device connect it to a charger using the USB provided.

The Philips portable mist does not work if the USB device is connected to it. Remove the USB cable from the portable mist and try using it again.
