the mouse and keyboard don't have function

Make sure the USB connector of the product is correctly plugged into an available USB port on your computer.
Make sure the computer meets the minimum system requirement.
If you can not solve the problems, log in Philips website or go to nearby dealers to ask for solutions, however, do not forcibly disassemble the product by yourself.

Attention:

  1. Photovoltaic technology of the product can accurately detect the movement on the most surface.
  2. Do not use the product on any reflective, transparent or uneven surface.
  3. Please use dry and soft cloth to clean the product.
  4. Do not directly wash the product with water.
  5. Do not move the light of the optical sensor point-blank at the eyes.
