Terms & conditions:

1. Campaign Period: The campaign will be valid from January 9, 2024 to Feburary 21, 2024 (inclusive of both days). Customers who complete the designated amount of purchase during the campaign period will be eligible to register for and redeem relevant gifts.
 

2. To participate in this campaign, participants must complete the following steps within 7 days of purchase:

a. Make a single electronic purchase at designated retailers and meet the designated purchase amount, including:

b. This event is only applicable for the purchase of designated Philips Domestic Appliances (only including Vacuum Cleaners, Air Purifiers, Dehumidifiers, Ironing and Garment Care products and Kitchen appliances, excluding water dispensers, water purifier, ceiling drying racks, lighting products and personal care products etc.) The product name or model number of the purchased Philips home appliance and the purchase amount must be clearly displayed on the receipt.

c. Register and upload the receipt on the designated website https://da.philips/3Txzro7 within 7 days of purchase. Participants can then redeem the product at the designated location with the electronic redemption letter, the original receipt, and the electronic purchase invoice or proof of purchase (last redemption date is March 10, 2024)
 

3.Subject to the other provisions of these terms and conditions, upon meeting the designated purchase amount of Philips Domestic Appliances, customers will receive one of the following gifts:
Purchase Philips Domestic Appliances worth $1,688 or above: 2 unit of Emperor Cinemas Movie e-Voucher.

Purchase Philips Domestic Appliances worth $2,688 or above: One unit of Cottex Double 48" fitted sheet + pillow bag + 70" x 90" quilt bag set - Double (Worth: $689) (redemption starts on January 20, 2024) or 2 unit of Emperor Cinemas Movie e-Voucher.
 

4. The gifts are not covered by product warranty and cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced.
 

5. If the participant is eligible for and requests for a refund or exchange of the purchased product (whereby the purchased product rendered the participant eligible for the relevant gift), the redeemed gift should be returned to the designated retailer at the same time as the refund or exchange is being requested. The gift must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged. Otherwise, the original price of the gift must be refunded by the participant in order to receive a refund or product replacement.
 

6. Gifts are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
 

7. The gifts are subject to change without prior notice due to stock availability.
 

8. Emperor Cinemas Movie e-Voucher must be collected within coupon valid period and will be forfeited after the expiry date of January 8, 2025.

10. Participants must agree to Versuni Hong Kong Limited collecting and using their personal information, including name, telephone number, email address and invoice details, or else the participant may not be able to receive a relevant gift. 11. In case of any dispute, to Versuni Hong Kong Limited reserves the right to make the final decision.
 

12. Versuni Hong Kong Limited reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
 

13. All details, terms, and conditions of this promotion are governed by Hong Kong laws. Both Versuni Hong Kong Limited and participants shall comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
 

14. In case of any discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
