In order to ensure an optimal communication between the transmitter and the glasses and to minimize the possibility that short term discomfort (headaches or eyestrain) will occure, we advise you to keep a distance of at least 1.8 m. (6 feet) from the TV screen.
The maximum viewing distance depends on whether you are sitting directly in front of the TV or facing the screen at an angle.
- if you are sitting in front of the TV, the maximum viewing distance is approximately 6 m. (18-20 feet)
- if you are facing the screen at a 60º angle, the maximum viewing distance is 4 m. (12-14 feet)
- if you are facing the screen at an angle of 60º-75º, the maximum viewing distance is 3 m. (9-10 feet)
For and even more immersive home cinema experience, we advise you to choose a TV with Ambilight.
