1. Marinate minced meat with the seasoning.Add in green peas,corn,garlic and ginger,mix well.
2. Use moist hands to mould meat mis into 12-14 pieces of meat balls. Fridge meat balls for an hour or two.
3. Apply a thin layer of oil on the base of the basket. Put in meat balls(divide into 2 batches, each time 6-7 pieces) and cook at 140°C for 6 minutes. Give a turn and further cook at 180°C for 3 minutes.
