My TV channels are locked and a prompt to ENTER PIN appears on-screen

When LOCK feature is turned on in the TV menu, the prompt to enter the pin will appear on the screen. Enter your pin code to view the channels.

To unlock the channels, follow the procedures below for the different mode.

If the prompt to enter PIN appears in analogue mode:

Follow these steps to turn off TV lock:

1. Press the [Home] button on the remote control to access the home menu
2. Use the cursor buttons [Up][Down][Left][Right] to select [Setup] and press the [OK] button to confirm
3. Press the cursor [Down] to select [Features]and press the cursor [Right]
4. Press the cursor [Down] to select [TV lock] and press the cursor [Right]
5. When the prompt ENTER PIN appears on the screen, enter your pin code
6. select [Unlock] and press the [OK] button to confirm
7. Press the [Back] button to exit the menu

To change the 4-digit pin code if it is unknown or forgotten:

1. Press the [Home] button on the remote control to access the home menu
2. Use the cursor buttons [Up][Down][Left][Right] to select [Setup] and press the [OK] button to confirm
3. Press the cursor [Down] to select [Features]and press the cursor [Right]
4. Press the cursor [Down] to select [Change code] and press the cursor [Right]
5. When the prompt CURRENT CODE appears on the screen, enter the universal code ‘0711'
6. Then enter an easily remembered new 4-digit pin code and enter the new pin a second time for confirmation
7. Press the [Back] button to exit the menu

If the prompt to enter PIN appears in digital mode:

Follow these steps to unlock channels:

1. Press the [Digital menu] button on the remote control to access the setup menu
2. Press the cursor [Down] to select ACCESS RESTRICTIONS and press the cursor [Right]
3. When the prompt PLEASE ENTER YOUR PIN CODE appears on the screen, enter your pin code
4. If you have forgotten your PIN code, enter the universal code ‘0711' two times and follow by the system pin code ‘1234’ to access the Access Restrictions menu
5. Press the cursor [Down] to select LOCK TV CHANNELS and press the cursor [Right]
6. Press the cursor up/down to select the channels to unlock and press the [OK] button to confirm
7. Press the blue (CLOSE) button to exit the menu
