You need to clear the Internet memory, which allows you to enter a new PIN code. Please note that, after this reset, you will no longer be registered and your Net TV settings (favorites) will no longer be active!

To retrieve your Net TV settings, reregister with the same email address you used for the previous registration. If you did not register before, all your old settings will be lost.
