Cha Siu in Osmanthus Sauce

Ingredients

  • Pork butt meat 400g
  • Cha siu sauce 2 tbsp (Bottled)
  • Honey 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tsp
  • Chinese wine 1 tsp
  • Dried osmanthus flowers 1 tbsp

Directions

  • 1. Use a toothpick to punch small holes all around the meat.
  • 2. Marinate the meat for at least half day.
  • 3. Place the meat into the basket and Airfry at 200 ℃ for 8 minutes, flip over and Airfry for another 8 minutes. Thick-slice to serve after cooled down.
