German Roast Pork Knuckle

Ingredients

  • Pork knuckle 1 pc (900g)
  • German beer 330g
  • Rosemary 1 sprig
  • Thyme 1 sprig
  • Bay leaf 2 pcs
  • Coarse salt 2 tbsps
  • Honey 1 tbsp

Directions

  • 1. Rinse the pork knuckle and wipe dry, marinate with coarse salt and honey.
  • 2. Put the rosemary, thyme, bay leaves and beer in a big bowl. Add the pork knuckle, mix well and refrigerate overnight.
  • 3. Drain the pork knuckle, put it into the Airfryer and roast at 180˚C for 25 minutes. Ready to serve.
