Ingredients

  • Fresh clam 600g
  • Garlic 30g
  • Onion 150g
  • Parma ham 30g
  • Fresh basil 4g
  • Champagne 180g

Directions

  • 1. Chopped garlic and onion into small pieces.
  • 2. Put parma ham and garlic into the Airfryer baking tray, cook at 180C for 4 minutes.
  • 3. Add onions and mix well, cook for 8 minutes until golden brown.
  • 4. Add the clams and champagne, cook for 12 minutes until all the clams are opened.
  • 5. Add basil and cook for another 1 minute. Ready to serve.
