Wagyu cheese burger

Ingredients

  • Burger bun 2 pcs
  • Wagyu burger steak 2 pcs (150g/pc)
  • Lettuce 4 pcs
  • Tomato slice 4pcs
  • Cheddar slice 4 pcs
  • Red onion shred 30g
  • Pickle relish 1 tbsp

Directions

  • 1.Cross cut each burger bun into halves, put into the Airfryer bake at 180˚C for 3 minutes. Set aside.
  • 2.Put the burger steaks into the Airfryer grill at 180˚C for 12 minutes. Set aside.
  • 3.Fill each bun with a beef steak, lettuce, tomato, cheese, onion and pickle relish. Serve when hot.
