Beef, carrot and red beans dip sauce

Ingredients

  • Carrot (peeled, diced) 150g
  • Beef cube 120g
  • Cottage cheese 300g
  • Fresh rosemary 1g
  • Red bean 50g
  • Smoked paprika 1tbsp
  • Water 180ml
  • Sea salt 1tsp
  • Sugar 1/4tsp
  • Black pepper as appropriate

Directions

  • 1. Except the cottage cheese and paprika, put all the ingredients into the blender, close the lid, select Grain congee, press start.
  • 2. When finished, add in cottage cheese and paprika, close the lid.
  • 3. Press Speed button , set the processing speed to 4. Press Time button , set the processing time for 10 seconds. Press start.
  • 4. When finished, serve with tortilla chips.
