  • Beef Meat (minced) 200g
  • Green Peas 1/2 cup
  • Canned Corn 1/2 cup
  • Garlic (minced) 1 tbsp
  • Ginger (minced) 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Com Starch 2 tbsp
  • Water 1 tbsp
  • Salt a dash
  • Pepper a dash
  • Sesame Oil a little


  • Marinate minced meat with the seasoning.Add in green peas,corn,garlic and ginger,mix well.
  • Use moist hands to mould meat mis into 12-14 pieces of meat balls. Fridge meat balls for an hour or two.
  • Apply a thin layer of oil on the base of the basket. Put in meat balls(divide into 2 batches, each time 6-7 pieces) and cook at 140°C for 6 minutes. Give a turn and further cook at 180°C for 3 minutes.
  • Cooking time may vary for different Airfryer models
