- Beef Meat (minced) 200g
- Green Peas 1/2 cup
- Canned Corn 1/2 cup
- Garlic (minced) 1 tbsp
- Ginger (minced) 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
- Com Starch 2 tbsp
- Water 1 tbsp
- Salt a dash
- Pepper a dash
- Sesame Oil a little
- Marinate minced meat with the seasoning.Add in green peas,corn,garlic and ginger,mix well.
- Use moist hands to mould meat mis into 12-14 pieces of meat balls. Fridge meat balls for an hour or two.
- Apply a thin layer of oil on the base of the basket. Put in meat balls(divide into 2 batches, each time 6-7 pieces) and cook at 140°C for 6 minutes. Give a turn and further cook at 180°C for 3 minutes.
