Note:

  • You cannot connect the Philips Wireless AV Link product to any media connection (coax/Ethernet/etc) that carries more than one signal at a time (example: coaxial TV wall outlet carrying multiple TV channels)
  • This device can transfer a single analog video signal only
  • This device must be connected to a SCART output carrying a CVBS (Composite Video Broadcast Signal)

Always consult the user manual on how to correctly connect your device.

When using an external Set-Top-box, Cable Converter Box, Digital Video Broadcasting-Terrestrial (DVB-T/ATSC/ISDB-T/DMB-T/H) and Satellite Receiver:

  • Verify if the SCART output carries a CVBS and is not blocked due to Digital Rights Management (DRM)

When using a SCART output from your TV:

  • Verify if the SCART output carries a CVBS and is not blocked due to Digital Rights Management (DRM)
  • Check your TV menu to enable the SCART output signal if required

When using an internal Conditional Access Module (CAM) with a Common Interface Plus (CI+)

  • This cannot be used due to Digital Rights Management (DRM)

When using a DVD/Blu-ray as video source, routed via your TV:

  • Some movies have a blocking signal due to Digital Rights Management (DRM) and cannot be routed via a TV SCART output
