VisaCare Prestige is equipped with a smart system that is activated when used with too much water. As a result it may produce an intermittent humming sound until the conditions are optimal to continue usage on wet skin. This is normal and does not have any impact on your skin or device.
Note that water may drip from the socket at the bottom of the device when you use it on a wet face. This is normal and not dangerous.
