My Philips HydraCube portable mist is not working

If you notice that your Philips HydraCube portable mist is not producing enough mist, please check our troubleshooting advice below to help you solve this issue.

Please make sure you only use distilled water in your Philips portable mist. Any other type of fluid added to the device, for example, tap water, cooled down boiled water, or a beauty product can affect its performance.

The mist outlet can be dirty, or some water droplets can collect on it, blocking any mist from coming out. Please clean the outlet with a tissue paper or soft cloth.

The portable mist should be held upright and approximately 5-10 cm away from your face. If it is in a tilted or upside down position, it will not be able to produce any mist.
