My Philips portable mist is making a strange noise

Your portable mist device might have insufficient distilled water in its tank. Please fill in the water till the mentioned line on the device where it says Max.

To learn the correct way of filling water in your postable mist please read below.

1. Firstly, remove the top part of your device by sliding it up.

2. Open the water tank compartment from the top of the device.

3. Fill the tank with distilled water to the point where it is indicated max. Do not exceed this limit, as this can cause the water to overflow and the device now working properly.

4. Now close the water tank compartment and place the cover back on it.

Once you have refilled the water tank try using the portable mist again. If it continues to make a noise that worries you then contact us for further help.
