It is possible that some water droplets may start condensing at the outlet of your Philips Hydracube Portable Mist. This can affect the volume of mist produced from the device. However, this is not a product defect.
To avoid this issue, gently clean the mist outlet with a tissue paper or soft cloth after each use.
