Ingredients
- Bananas 160g
- Butter 200g
- Cake flour 200g
- Eggs 5
- Einnamon powder 1.5g
- Dark brown sugar 180g
- Baking powder 5g
- Strawberries (for decoration) 12
Directions
- Use a hand mixer to beat the butter until creamy in color.
- Add the brown sugar, a little at a time, and whisk well.
- Beat the eggs, add to the mixture, a little at a time, keep whisking.
- Sift the cake flour into the egg mixture, use a spatula to blend the mixture into a paste.
- Mash the bananas to a pulp, add to the flour mixture together with the cinnamon powder.
- Pour the flour mixture into a heart shaped cake mould (up to about 6/10 level).
- Place the mould in the Airfryer and bake for 35 minutes at 165°C.
