Brown Sugar Banana Cake

Ingredients

  • Bananas 160g
  • Butter 200g
  • Cake flour 200g
  • Eggs 5
  • Einnamon powder 1.5g
  • Dark brown sugar 180g
  • Baking powder 5g
  • Strawberries (for decoration) 12

Directions

  • Use a hand mixer to beat the butter until creamy in color.
  • Add the brown sugar, a little at a time, and whisk well.
  • Beat the eggs, add to the mixture, a little at a time, keep whisking.
  • Sift the cake flour into the egg mixture, use a spatula to blend the mixture into a paste.
  • Mash the bananas to a pulp, add to the flour mixture together with the cinnamon powder.
  • Pour the flour mixture into a heart shaped cake mould (up to about 6/10 level).
  • Place the mould in the Airfryer and bake for 35 minutes at 165°C.
  • Cooking time may vary for different Airfryer models
