  Ingredients
    - Akita Komachi rice 2 cups
  - Assorted sashimi, as appropriate
  - Japanese sushi vinegar 2 tbsps
  
     - Japanese mirin 2 tsps
  - Water, as appropriate
  
     Directions
    - 1. Rinse the rice, put the rice into the inner pot of rice cooker, add water up to “Rice” level 2 as indicated on the scale inside the inner pot.
  - 2. Close the lid, switch on the power, select the “Rice” function, and press “Start” to cook.
  - 3. When the cooking is done, leave the rice to rest for 10 minutes.
  - 4. Loosen the rice with a wooden spoon. Add in vinegar and mirin, and mix well.
  - 5. Serve with sashimi as desired.
