  • Chicken 1pc (1.4 kg)
  • Coarse salt as appropriate
  • Honey 1 tbsp
  • Warm water ½ tbsp
  • Stuffing ingredients:
  • Cranberry 15g
  • Dried fruit 40g
  • Cooked chestnut 20g
  • Fresh rosemary 1g
  • Honey 10g
  • Champagne 10g
  • Mustard 10g
  • Wholegrain mustard 5g
  • Cranberry sauce 10g
  • Salt ¼ tsp


  • 1.Wipe dry the chicken, rub with coarse salt, marinade for 30 minutes.
  • 2.Combine all the stuffing ingredients, mix well. Stuff into the chicken, wipe away the excess coarse salt from the chicken.
  • 3.Put the chicken into the Airfryer XXL, select 'whole chicken' mode, cook at 180˚C for 30 minutes.
  • 4.Combine honey and warm water, brush the honey water on the chicken skin, cook at 180˚C for 3 minutes until golden brown. Ready to serve.
