Baked pork chop rice

Ingredients

  • Iberico pork chop 2pcs
  • Red onion (cut into piece) 40g
  • Tomato (cut into piece) 50g
  • Pineapple (cut into piece) 25g
  • Egg (whisked) 2pcs
  • Pasta sauce 120g
  • Grated cheddar cheese 60g
  • Rice (2 bowls) 400g
  • Olive oil 1 tsp
  • Marinade:
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Sugar 1/3 tsp
  • Pepper pinch of
  • Chinese yellow wine 1tbsp

Directions

  • 1.Prick the pork chop by knife, marinate with salt, sugar, pepper and Chinese yellow wine for 2 hours.
  • 2.Put the pork chop into the Airfryer and bake at 180˚C for 15 minutes, set aside.
  • 3.Add olive oil and onion into the Airfryer baking tray, cook at 180˚C for 3 minutes.
  • 4. Add in the egg and cook for 1 minute. Add in the rice, mix well.
  • 5. Put the pork chop on top of the rice. Add the pasta sauce around the pork chop, add tomato and pineapple, sprinkle with cheese. Then bake at 190˚C for 6 minutes, serve when hot.
