Ingredients
- Iberico pork chop 2pcs
- Red onion (cut into piece) 40g
- Tomato (cut into piece) 50g
- Pineapple (cut into piece) 25g
- Egg (whisked) 2pcs
- Pasta sauce 120g
- Grated cheddar cheese 60g
- Rice (2 bowls) 400g
- Olive oil 1 tsp
- Marinade:
- Salt ½ tsp
- Sugar 1/3 tsp
- Pepper pinch of
- Chinese yellow wine 1tbsp
Directions
- 1.Prick the pork chop by knife, marinate with salt, sugar, pepper and Chinese yellow wine for 2 hours.
- 2.Put the pork chop into the Airfryer and bake at 180˚C for 15 minutes, set aside.
- 3.Add olive oil and onion into the Airfryer baking tray, cook at 180˚C for 3 minutes.
- 4. Add in the egg and cook for 1 minute. Add in the rice, mix well.
- 5. Put the pork chop on top of the rice. Add the pasta sauce around the pork chop, add tomato and pineapple, sprinkle with cheese. Then bake at 190˚C for 6 minutes, serve when hot.
