Ingredients

  • Sliced beef 160g
  • Carrot (peeled and diced) 40g
  • Cabbage (diced) 80g
  • Water 800ml
  • Brown rice 100g
  • Sea salt as appropriate
  • Salt 1/4tsp
  • Sugar 1/5tsp
  • Pepper as appropriate
  • Cornstarch 1tsp
  • Sesame oil 1tsp

Directions

  • 1. Marinate the sliced beef for 20 minutes.
  • 2. Put brown rice, sliced beef, cabbage, carrot and water into the blender, close the lid.
  • 3. Select Grain congee, press start.
  • 4. When finished, add sea salt and serve.
