Ingredients
- Squid 2 pcs (Middle Size)
- Couscous 1/2 cup (Plain)
- Hot water 1/2 cup
- Raisin 3 tbsp (Mixed colour)
- Bell pepper 1/2 (Orange, Chopped)
- Onion 1/4 (Chopped)
- Parsley 2 tbsp (Chopped)
- Garlic 2 tbsp (Chopped)
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Butter 1 tbsp (Softened)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Soya Sauce
Directions
- Remove the intestine, membranes and bones. Season with salt, pepper and soya sauce.
- Soak couscous into hot water, cover it for around 10 minutes.
- Mix the couscous rice with the rest of the ingredients. Taste and add in salt and pepper as appropriate. Stuff the mixture into the squids and lock the opening by toothpicks.
- Place the stuffed squids into the basket, brush some oil all around and Airfry at 200℃ for 10 minutes. Flip over midway.
- Slice to serve after cooling down.
