Fresh Squid with French Beans and Black Fungi

Ingredients

  • French bean 100g
  • Fresh black fungi 50g
  • Fresh squid (cut into pieces) 100g
  • Red onion (cut into pieces) 60g
  • Onion (cut into pieces) 40g
  • Chicken stock 90g
  • Oyster sauce 3 tsps
  • Sugar 1 tsp

Directions

  • 1. Mix the chicken stock, oyster sauce and sugar.
  • 2. Put all the ingredients into the Airfryer baking tray, add the oyster chicken stock and stir well.
  • 3. Put into the Airfryer and cook at 180˚C for 5 minutes.
  • 4. When finished, stir well and cook for another 5 minutes. Ready to serve.
